Videos and pictures shared online show the group called "Safe Street Rebel" immobilizing the driverless cars by putting traffic cones on them.The actions are not making autonomous vehicle companies happy. MOUNTAIN VIEW – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who inappropriately touched a teen girl on a trail Wednesday night in Mountain View.The victim, a 17-year-old Palo Alto resident, told officers she was jogging on the Bay Trail around 8:30 p.m. when she was approached by a man walking a bicycle, the Mountain View Police Department said in a statement. The man asked the teen if she spoke Spanish and knew how to get back to a hotel, though he did not say which hotel.Police said the man also asked to be shown how to get to the hotel on a map on the teen’s cellphone. He then wrapped an arm around her, grabbed her shoulder and pulled her toward him, police said, adding that he inappropriately touched her as he did so.The teen pushed the man away and ran away. She flagged down a passerby, who walked her to her car.On Thursday, the teen went to the police department to report the incident.
